MyMAIL Enviroment settings
MyMAIL is using some enviroment settings to communicate with other
applications and desktops.

For example AV-Server for drag'n'drop together with
desktops like Jinnee and Thing.

AV-Server:
AVSERVER=desktopname (jinnee)

CAB Hotlist:
WWWHOTLIST=path to hotlist (E:\cab25\hotlist.htm)

Sting dialer:
STINGDIALER=path to stings dialer (C:\dialer\dialer.app)

Home:
HOME=home path for user(/home/root)
  • MyMAIL is looking for the enviromant variable HOME
    and if it exist it will use the path stated in HOME
    to store all its userfiles as mail, user and programsettings.
    If enviroment variable HOME not is found all files is stored in the programs start directory.
  • The program can be at a different path than the home path.
  • MyMail automaticly creates a folder named mymail in your home directory.
  • Info about where different files must be placed can be found here.
  • This means that mymail can be used in a multiuser enviroment.
  • HOME is normaly set at login.

You have also to setup the clipboard path.

You need to read the documentation for your system (desktop, OS, ...) about how to setup the enviroment variables.
